So today I finished my third year of Project 365, and it is SO exciting. It’s been a mostly awesome year (with a few stumbles along the way), and finishing the project on such a high note is a definite plus. But it’s always fun to go back through the year, and I wanted to share some of my favorite photos from the past year.

I am horrifically late with this, and already heartily congratulated you in flickr, but dude, congratulations again!!! I really love your choices of favorites, especially the snowy trees, snowy boardwalk, the dreamy beer sampler (and not just because I was there), and most of all the cozy picture of Chucks and your bookshelves watching tv together. Just lovely! I hope that not doing a formal picture a day doesn’t cut back too much on the pictures I’ll get to see on flickr — I enjoy them so much!!
awww well thank you, heartily, again! i was surprised that these were my favorites (i went through the set and opened the ones i liked best in tabs), just because they sort of have a seasons/trees/things lined up/piled up neatly theme. and i don’t know what it is about that film shot with the flash in the living room, but it’s so happy, isn’t it? that’s like the definition of a sleeper-hit-photo, in that you take it and you’re like “that’ll do, pig”, and the more you look at it the more you love it, and then others love it too? but thank you!
and i think once the “YAY NO ONE’s MAKING ME TAKE PHOTOS” buzz wears off, i’ll be back with gusto. 🙂
